The invention relates to the field of pharmacology and clinical medicine and concerns a pharmaceutical composition of 2-amino-2-[2-(4-octylphenyl)ethyl]propane-1,3-diol in free form and/or in the form of a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or known previously under the name FTY720, for the manufacturing of a drug for treating, alleviating or delaying the course and/or progression of multiple sclerosis. The invention makes it possible to extend the option for industrially manufacturing a drug for treating multiple sclerosis at a cheaper cost. The proposed invention relates to pharmaceutical combinations which contain at least one S1P receptor agonist for treating demyelinated disorders, such as: multiple sclerosis and effects associated with this pathology.Linvention se rapporte au domaine de la pharmacologie et de la médecine clinique, et concerne une composition pharmaceutique de 2-amino-2-[2-(4-octylphényl)éthyl]propane-1,3-diol sous forme libre et/ou sous forme dun sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable, précédemment connu sous la dénomination FTY720, utilisée lors de la production dun agent médicamenteux afin de traiter, de soulager ou de retarder la durée et/ou la progression de la sclérose diffuse. Linvention permet délargir les possibilités de production industrielle à moindre coût de lagent de traitement de la sclérose diffuse.
