PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for taking a deep breath which is designed to take a deep breath easily, comfortably, enjoyably, and more effectively.SOLUTION: A tool for taking a deep breath includes: an air intake port 1 which is truncated cone shaped and transparent with a color a connection pipe 4 provided at the bottom of the air intake port 1 a nose pad part 3 provided on one end of the grip 2 and a filter 5 mounted on the end of the grip 2 opposite to the nose pad part 3.
