A massaging device and an operating method thereof are provided. The massaging device includes a button module, a vibrating module, an electrical stimulation module, and a controlling module. The button module detects a pressing signal generated by a user pressing a button. The vibrating module is used for driving a motor, which enable a massaging contacting surface vibrating. The electrical stimulation module is used for outputting an electrical current pulse, which enable the massaging device providing electrical stimulation to the user.
