This invention provides a nucleic acid including, in the following order: a 5'-nontranslated region including a specified base sequence for a genotype 3a HCV genome； a base sequence that codes a specific amino acid sequence for a genotype 3a HCV NS3 protein, a specific amino acid sequence for an NS4A protein, a specific amino acid sequence for an NS4B protein, a specific amino acid sequence for an NS5A protein, and a specific amino acid sequence for an NS5B protein； and a 3'-nontranslated region including a specified base sequence for a genotype 3a HCV genome.
