PURPOSE: An electro stimulator is provided to promote blood circulation of head in order to promote body health, drowsiness prevention and concentration of thinking power. CONSTITUTION: An electro stimulator comprises a plurality of microwave discharging needles(2), negative ion LEDs(3), a substrate(1), and an oscillator(5). At the bottom surface of the substrate, a plurality of microwave discharging needles and the negative ion LEDs are alternatively arranged. In the head part of the discharge pin penetrated toward the outside of the substrate, a conducting wire is connected. In the terminal pin of the negative ion LED which is penetrated toward the outside of the substrate, the operating voltage conducting wire induced from the power source furnace of generator is connected. On the top center of the substrate, the projected bolt and the screw nut fixed and coupled with the bolt are included.전기 자극기에 있어서,약간 곡면으로 만곡된 원판상의 기판(1)의 저면에 복수의 고주파 방전침(2)과 음이온 LED(3)를 고주파 방사상 열(列)로 교호로 배치하고 기판(1)의 외부로 관통된 방전침(2)의 두부(2a)에는 발진기(5)로부터 유도된 도선(5w)중 고주파를 반송하는 한 가닥의 도선(d1)을 연결하고 기판(1)의 외부로 관통되어 협착된 음이온 LED(3)의 단자핀(3a)에는 발전기의 전원로부터 유도된 동작전원 도선(d1)을 연결하여 구성된 것이다,본 발명의 전기 자극기의 기판을 모자나 헬멧에 부착수단에 의해 부착하고 두피에 고주파의 방전침에 의한 전기 자극과 음이온LED에 의한 음이온 방출에 의해 두피를 활성화하여 사고의 집중과 졸음방지, 탈모방지, 및 전신(全身) 건강을 도모할 수 있고 사용이 매우 간편하다.
