PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen enricher usable in the time when a patient is at home and/or out of home including being in a car for moving or the like.SOLUTION: The oxygen enricher of the present invention is equipped with a compressor for generating compressed air by compressing raw material air, a piping for cooling the compressed air of which the temperature will rise, an adsorption cylinder for storing a catalyst for adsorbing nitrogen from the compressed air and releasing oxygen, and a cooling means for cooling the compression means and the cooling piping by sending air and is characterised by being equipped with an unwoven fabric made of a polyolefinic fiber having a fiber diameter of 1-4 &mum and a polyolefinic short fiber having a fiber diameter of 20-30 &mum in a proper place on the inner surface. Also, it is characterised in that the proper place on the inner surface is at least the inside of a sound proofing room housing the compression means.
