The disclosure also relates to enantiomers, diastereomers, mixtures and the salts thereof, particularly the physiologically acceptable salts thereof with organic or inorganic acids or bases. The disclosed family of compounds may be suitable for treating disease and symptoms of diseases associated with the stimulation of bradykinin-B1 receptors, including acute pain, visceral pain, neuropathic pain, inflammatory pain, tumour pain and headaches. As such, the disclosure also relates to the preparation of medicaments containing these compounds.
