The present invention relates to a recombinant virus inhibiting foot-and-mouth disease virus, and more specifically, to a recombinant adenovirus for simultaneously expressing pig interferon alpha and gamma through the insertion of foot-and-mouth disease virus 2A gene so as to allow pig interferon alpha and gamma to be treated at one time, thereby increasing inhibitory effects for foot-and-mouth disease virus.Linvention concerne un virus recombinant inhibiteur du virus de la fièvre aphteuse et plus particulièrement un adénovirus destiné à lexpression des interférons porcins alpha et gamma par insertion du gène 2A du virus de la fièvre aphteuse, de façon à permettre le traitement en une seule fois des interférons porcins alpha et gamma, ce qui augmente les effets inhibiteurs par rapport au virus de la fièvre aphteuse.본 발명은 구제역 바이러스의 억제효과를 나타내는 재조합 바이러스에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 구제역 2A 유전자의 삽입을 통해 돼지 인터페론 알파와 인터페론 감마를 동시에 발현시켜 돼지 인터페론 알파와 감마를 한 번에 처리할 수 있게 하여 구제역 바이러스에 대한 억제 효과를 증강시킬 수 있는 재조합 아데노바이러스에 관한 것이다.
