PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope for treatments with which resection treatments or the like is safely and smoothly performed without a wobble of high frequency electrodes or an observation window with respect to a target to be resected in resecting the entire layers of a wall of a living organism, and also resection treatments or the like is safely performed while observing not only a state of the surface side of the wall of the living organism but also a running state of blood vessels on the back side or the like.
SOLUTION: A treatment instrument projecting port 43 which is an exit of a treatment instrument insertion channel 6 is disposed at least on either a distal end side or a proximal end side of a bending portion 3. An electrode engagement part 71 for making the distal end 402 of the high frequency electrode 401 of a high frequency treatment instrument 400 projected from the port 43 engage detachably is provided in a position, which is located on the distal end side or the proximal end side of the bending portion 3 and on a side opposite from the port 43.
