The present invention provides a heart rate variability device and cloud health management system. The heart rate variability device comprises a central processor and can be disposed with a telecommunication and communication function module. The cloud health management system comprises more than one cloud server and a pressure relieving institute server. The present invention not only can be used as a heart rate variability device, but also can employ the telecommunication and communication function module to be connected to a hospital, a press relieving institute and a cloud through a network, so as to form a new business model to reduce the cost of heart rate variability disease and achieve the objective of overall health management.
