PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sprinkle type mix for deep-fried foods that makes it possible to conveniently make deep-fried foods which have good textures of both coats and ingredients to be fried and are less prone to degradation with time after its production.SOLUTION: A sprinkle type mix for deep-fried foods comprises 0.1-5 mass% of fermentation seasoning powder that is powder of alcohol or acetic fermentation products derived from fruits, and has pH of 3-6 or 8-11, and 0.1-3 mass% of glycerine fatty acid ester.
