A system and method for diagnosing and classifying preeclampsia-relatedconditions in a patient is provided. Also providedis a system and method for distinguishing preeclampsia-related conditions fromother forms of hypertension that may be presentin labor and delivery as well as distinguishing patients who will develop themore severe form of preeclampsia. The preeclampsiadiagnosis and classification system utilizes non-invasive tests and comprisesat least one sensor and a processor comprising a preeclampsiarecognizer. In certain embodiments, the system further comprises a userinterface.
