The present invention relates to a fused tricyclic compound and use thereof asa medicament, in particular as a medicamentfor the treatment and/or prevention of hepatitis B. Specifically, theinvention relates to a compound having Formula (I) or astereoisomer, a tautomer, an N-oxide, a solvate, a metabolite, apharmaceutically acceptable salt or a prodrug thereof, wherein eachvariate is as defined in specification. The invention also relates to the useof the compound having Formula (I) or a stereoisomer, atautomer, an N-oxide, a solvate, a metabolite, a pharmaceutically acceptablesalt or a prodrug thereof as a medicament, especially asa medicament for the treatment and/or prevention of hepatitis B.
