Provided is a drug that has excellent effect of preventing and/or treating dementia. The drug comprises a carbostyril derivative represented by formula (1) [wherein: R represents a cycloalkyl group； A represents a lower alkyl group； and the bond between the 3- and 4-positions of the carbostyril nucleus is either a single bond or a double bond] and dihydroquercetin.L'invention concerne un médicament qui a un excellent effet de prévention et/ou de traitement de la démence. Le médicament comprend un dérivé carbostyril représenté par la formule (1) [où R représente un groupe cycloalkyle, A représente un groupe alkyle à faible nombre de carbones, et la liaison entre les positions 3- et 4- du noyau carbostyril est soit une liaison simple soit une liaison double], et de la dihydroquercétine.認知症の予防及び／又は治療効果に優れる薬剤を提供する。下記式（１）からなるカルボスチリル誘導体（ここで、Ｒはシクロアルキル基であり、Ａは低級アルキル基であり、カルボスチリル核の３位と４位との間は単結合又は二重結合である。）と、ジヒドロケルセチンとを有する。
