The present invention relates to an apparatus (10) for vertically moving a working tool of an agricultural tractor capable of performing up/down lift on a rotary or a plow without malfunction or trouble like an electronic hydraulic apparatus by including an up-down unit (30) having an automatic lift valve (51) moved by oil pressure supplied from a tractor hydraulic circuit and an up-down valve (61) making a rotary or a plow to move upward and downward by interworking with the automatic lift valve (51), and particularly, capable of being manufactured at low cost relatively to the electric hydraulic apparatus.본 발명의 농업용 트랙터의 작업기 업다운 장치(10)에는 트랙터 유압회로에서 공급된 유압으로 움직이는 오토 리프트 밸브(51)와, 오토 리프트 밸브(51)의 작동에 연동되어져 로타리나 쟁기의 업(Up)작동과 다운(Down)작동을 발생시켜주는 업다운 밸브(61)로 이루어진 업다운 유닛(30)이 포함됨으로써 전자 유압식과 같은 잔고장이나 오작동이 없이 로타리나 쟁기의 업다운 리프트(Up/Down Lift)가 구현될 수 있고, 특히 전자 유압식에 비해 상대적으로 낮은 단가로 제조되는 특징을 갖는다.
