PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide use of pharmaceutical compositions for reducing urination frequency in a subject with nocturia.SOLUTION: Provided is use of a pharmaceutical composition containing acetaminophen, ibuprofen, and PDE5 inhibitor, each of which is compounded as an immediate release, delayed-release, prolonged release, or combinations thereof, and in which the PDE5 inhibitor may be tadalafil and further an additional agent selected from an antimuscarinic agent, an antidiuresis agent, a spasmolytic, and zolpidem is comprised.
