PURPOSE: A fresh-cut agricultural goods manufacturing apparatus is provided to have a rotating transport device which picks up a basket having agricultural goods, transports the same to a washing section and a dehydration section, and discharges the same to the outside through a discharging section. CONSTITUTION: A supply section(110) supplies a basket having agricultural goods to a place near a rotating transport device. A discharge section(120) discharges the basket having the agricultural goods which are completely washed and dehydrated to the outside. The rotating transport device(130) picks up the basket and transports the same to the washing section and the dehydration section rotating horizontally. A washing section(140) washes the agricultural goods filled in the basket. A first washing section(131) washes the agricultural goods by generating air bubbles. The washing section is equipped with chamber(141a,42b) in which water is filled. A second washing section(142) generates microbubbles and washes the agricultural goods. A dehydration section(150) dehydrates the agricultural goods filled in the basket.
