The present invention is a composition for cutting the amyloid precursor protein gene, which is a target DNA in eukaryotic cells or organisms, a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment or prevention of Alzheimer''s including the composition as an active ingredient, SEQ ID NO: 1 specific to the target DNA It relates to a gene therapeutic agent comprising a guide RNA or DNA encoding the same as an active ingredient and a guide RNA represented by SEQ ID NO: 1. The target DNA of the present invention can be applied to Alzheimer''s dementia patients based on all types of amyloid precursor protein mutations, since the target DNA of the present invention can target all known types of amyloid precursor protein mutant genes. There is an effect that can be utilized as a pharmaceutical composition and gene therapy to minimize side effects.본 발명은 진핵세포 또는 유기체에서 표적 DNA인 아밀로이드 전구 단백질 유전자를 절단하기 위한 조성물, 상기 조성물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 알츠하이머의 치료 또는 예방용 약학적 조성물, 표적 DNA에 특이적인 서열번호 1로 표시되는 가이드 RNA 또는 이를 암호화하는 DNA를 유효성분으로 포함하는 유전자 치료제 및 서열번호 1로 표시되는 가이드 RNA에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 표적 DNA를 절단용 조성물을 이용하면 알려진 모든 종류의 아밀로이드 전구 단백질 돌연변이 유전자를 타겟으로 하여 상기 유전자만의 절단이 가능하므로, 모든 종류의 아밀로이드 전구 단백질 돌연변이에 기반한 알츠하이머 치매 환자에게 적용할 수 있는 부작용을 최소화할 수 있는 약학적 조성물 및 유전자 치료제로 활용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
