An electrosurgical device for treating tissue includes an elongated shaft having a proximal region, a distal region having a conductive region, and one or more lumens therethrough. The probe is positioned in one of the one or more lumens to occlude at least a portion of the opening formed by the distal end of the elongated shaft to form the obstruction. The distal end of the probe includes a sensor and may comprise a closure component substantially surrounding and attached to it. The elongated shaft and probe may be configured to enable passage of fluid through the lumen, possibly while the probe is positioned within the lumen.
