PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for disinfecting a poultry house or a barn, which simultaneously annihilates coccidium oocyst, other common bacteria and viruses by one disinfection operation.SOLUTION: A mixed formulation of an ortho-dichlorobenzene formulation and a glutaraldehyde formulation is used as a disinfectant so that an oocyst-killing effect is more improved than an ortho-dichlorobenzene formulation alone and common bacteria such as Escherichia coli, and viruses are annihilated by strong germicidal effect of glutaraldehyde. Consequently, since coccidium oocyst, other common bacteria and viruses are simultaneously annihilated by one disinfection operation, a disinfection operation is more efficiently carried out than a conventional one.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】一度の消毒作業でコクシジウムオーシストとその他の一般細菌およびウイルスを同時に死滅させることのできる鶏舎又は畜舎の消毒方法を提供する。【解決手段】消毒剤としてオルトジクロロベンゼン製剤とグルタルアルデヒド製剤の混合製剤を使用することで、オルトジクロロベンゼン単独製剤よりも殺オーシスト効果を向上させると共に、グルタルアルデヒドの強力な殺菌効果により大腸菌などの一般細菌やウイルスも死滅さることが可能となる。これにより、一度の消毒作業でコクシジウムオーシストと一般細菌およびウイルスを同時に死滅させることができるので、従来よりも効率的な消毒作業が行えるようになる。【選択図】なし
