The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising 5 to 20 %wt. ezetimibe, 5 to 20 %wt. plastic excipient, 3 to 10 %wt. disintegrant, 1 to 12 %wt. starch, 0.5 to 1.5 %wt. silica, 0.5 to 2.5 %wt. stearic acid, wherein a weight ratio stearic acid to silica is 1:1 to 3: 1, and wherein the pharmaceutical composition of the invention comprises a further diluent and binder, and optionally surfactant.
