The present invention relates to a polyurethane foaming mask pack material and a method of manufacturing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a polyurethane foam wherein active components are contained within a foamed cell, and a method of manufacturing the same. The active components are more than one type selected from a group comprising hyaluronic acid, collagen, paper mulberry extract, arbutin, ethyl ascorbyl ether, oil-soluble glycyrrhiza extract, ascorbyl glucoside, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate, niacinamide, α-bisabolol, ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, retinol, retinyl palmitate, adenosine, fibroblast growth factor (FGF), hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), epidermal growth factor (EGF), polyethoxylated retinamide, and glycerine, and the content ranges from 0.1 to 45% by weight. According to the present invention, provided is a polyurethane foam mask pack material, of which adherence to the skin and the provision of moisturizing effect and cosmetic function are excellent. Especially, the provided polyurethane mask pack material is of microporous structure made of polyurethane foam that provides an optimal environment for the absorption of active components into the skin.본 발명은 폴리우레탄 발포 폼 마스크 팩재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 유효성분을 포함하여 발포 성형한 셀 내 유효성분 함유 폴리우레탄 폼을 포함하고, 상기 유효성분은 히알루론산, 콜라겐, 닥나무추출물, 알부틴, 에칠아스코빌에텔, 유용성감초추출물, 아스코빌글루코사이드, 마그네슘아스코빌포스페이트, 나이아신아마이드, 알파-비사보롤, 아스코빌테트라이소팔미테이트, 레티놀, 레티닐팔미테이트, 아데노신, 섬유아세포증식인자(FGF), 간섬유증식인자(HGF), 표피세포증식인자(EGF), 폴리에톡실레이티드레틴아마이드 및 글리세린으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상이며, 0.1 내지 45 중량%로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 폼 마스크 팩재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 피부와 밀착력이 우수하고 피부에 보습력 및 미용액의 공급이 우수한 폴리우레탄 폼 마스크 팩재를 제공하며, 특히 유효성분이 피부로 흡수되는데 있어서 최적의 환경을 제공할 수 있는 미세다공성 폴리우레탄 폼 구조의 폴리우레탄 마스크 팩재를 제공하는 효과가 있다.
