PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shading sheet which has heat insulating properties and moderate light transmitting properties and is light in weight, high in strength, and excellent in durability. SOLUTION: By laminating a polyolefin laminated layer obtained by incorporating inorganic particles of refractive index of 1.60 or above in at least one side of a fabric produced by weaving stretched polyolefin yarns, reflecting 80-95% of light 400-1,400 nm in wavelength, and transmitting 5-20% of the light, most of the light of wavelengths in a range covering visible light and infrared rays of sunlight is reflected to shade solar energy, so that a heat insulating effect is improved, and part of visible light is transmitted. In this way, when the obtained sheet is used in agricultural house covering materials and tent sheets, effects to make the inside of an agricultural house or a tent bright, improving work properties.
