PURPOSE: A method for gradating and preserving flowers is provided to express natural color and to enhance usability of color.CONSTITUTION: A method for gradating and preserving flowers comprises: a step of bleaching or dehydrating flowers(S10) and a step of dipping the flowers in a preservative containing gradation coloring agent(S30). The gradation coloring agent contains 30-90 wt% of water, 0.3-15 wt% of dye, at least one among 3-20 wt% of glycerine and 2-20 wt% of 2-pyrolidone, and 3-25 wt% of ethylene glycol, 3-25 wt% of glycol solvent, 1-5 wt% of ethyl alkyl diol, 3-10 w% of 2-butoxy ethanol, 3-15 wt% of 2,2-oxidiethanol, or 0.1-10 wt% of nitrolmethane.
