PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a pure polyvinylpyrrolidone-iodine is provided to manufacture a stable polyvinylpyrrolidone-iodine compound with extremely pure and stably, in which impurities are absolutely removed. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a pure polyvinylpyrrolidone-iodine comprises a step of manufacturing a polyvinylpyrrolidone polymer by removing reaction solvent after reaction； a step of purifying polyvinylpyrrolidone by adding methylene chloride； a step of dissolving the polyvinylpyrrolidone powder into purified water, and obtaining a polyvinylpyrrolidone powder by spraying and drying the solution； and a step of adding purified iodine into the powder, heating and reacting the mixture, and manufacturing the polyvinylpyrrolidone-iodine.본 발명은 화학적으로 우수한 품질의 폴리비닐피롤리돈(PVP)를 합성하고 중합 반응 후 잔류 N-Vinyl-Pyrrolidone(NVP) 및 불순물을 제거하여 높은 품질을 갖는 제조 방법을 제공하는 것이다. PVP의 합성법으로 첨단 분석 장비를 이용하여 제조공정을 개선하고 특수한 용매 분할법인 액체-액체 분배 시스템을 이용한 침전 법을 통하여 불순물을 제거하고 정밀한 분무건조기를 통하여 입자의 미세화 및 균일성 있는 PVP 제품을 합성하였으며 화학적으로 우수한 품질이 확인된 이 PVP 제품을 이용하여 요오드와 반응시키고 최적의 특허방법의 조건으로 불순물과 특히 NVP가 1ppm이하인 폴리비닐피롤이돈-요오드(PVP-I)를 합성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
