The present invention relates to a dental implant, fixating a prosthesis on an abutment using a frictional force of a coupling pin, which comprises: a fixture inserted into and coupled to alveolar bone to form an artificial dental root； the abutment having a lower end coupled to the fixture and an upper end coupled to the prosthesis； and a coupling unit coupling the prosthesis to the abutment, wherein the coupling unit includes: a first coupling hole penetrated and formed on one side of the prosthesis； a second coupling hole formed in the abutment； and the coupling pin inserted into the second coupling hole formed in the abutment via the first coupling hole formed in the prosthesis and coupled to the first and the second coupling hole, wherein the coupling pin is composed of a non-metallic synthetic resin coupled to the second coupling hole in a friction manner if being passed through the first coupling hole of the prosthesis and being inserted into the second coupling hole of the abutment.본 발명은 체결 핀의 마찰력을 이용하여 지대주에 보철물을 고정시키는 치과용 임플란트에 관한 것으로, 치조골에 삽입 결합되어 인공 치근을 형성하는 고정체와, 하단부는 상기 고정체와 결합되고 상단부는 보철물과 결합되는 지대주와, 상기 보철물과 지대주를 결합시키는 결합수단을 포함하여 이루어진 치과용 임플란트에 있어서, 상기 결합수단은 상기 보철물의 일측에 관통 형성되는 제1 결합홀과 상기 지대주에 형성된 제2 결합홀, 상기 보철물에 형성되는 제1 결합홀을 통해 상기 지대주에 형성된 제2 결합홀의 내측으로 삽입되어 상기 제1 및 제2 결합홀에 결합되는 체결 핀을 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 체결 핀은 보철물의 제1 결합홀을 관통하여 지대주의 제2 결합홀의 내부로 끼워지면, 제2 결합홀에 마찰식으로 체결되는 비금속성 합성수지로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
