The present invention relates to a method for preparing a ginsenoside Rh2-enriched ginseng extract culture medium, and more specifically, to method for preparing a ginsenoside-enriched ginseng extract culture medium including UV treating a ginseng extract culture medium in which lactic acid bacteria are cultured in a ginseng extract. A method for preparing a ginsenoside Rh2-enriched ginseng extract culture medium comprising: a step (a) of adding alcohol to ginseng powder or ginseng to prepare a ginsenoside-containing ginseng extract； a step (b) of adding lactic acid bacteria to the ginseng extract, and culturing the lactic acid bacteria-added ginseng extract to prepare a ginseng extract culture medium； and a step (c) of UV treating the ginseng extract culture medium. A method for preparing a ginsenoside Rh2-enriched ginseng extract culture medium according to the present invention is useful in the development of a functional food which is excellent in a cancer preventing effect or an allergy preventing effect since the method is capable of preparing a ginseng extract culture medium with a remarkably increased content of ginsenoside Rh2 that is excellent in anticancer activity and anti-allergy efficacy.본 발명은 진세노사이드 Rh2가 강화된 인삼추출물 배양액의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 인삼추출물에 유산균을 배양한 인삼추출물 배양액을 자외선 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진세노사이드가 강화된 인삼추출액물 배양액의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 항암 활성과 항알러지 효능이 뛰어난 진세노사이드 Rh2의 함량이 현저히 증가된 인삼추출물 배양액을 제조할 수 있어, 암예방 또는 알러지 예방 효과가 뛰어난, 기능성 식품 개발에 유용하다.
