PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce contents decided from a reference point of a thigh bone knee joint using a special jig installed perioperatively in an intramedullary alignment rod after the position and angle of a distal osteotomy surface to which the intramedullary alignment rod is used is decided accurately by properly reflecting individual differences of a patient.SOLUTION: The tool for artificial knee joint replacement surgery includes: an abutting part 31 which abuts on the reference point of the knee joint of a thigh bone mounting sections 33 and 34 where the intramedullary alignment rod (IM) to be inserted in the intramedullary of the thigh bone is mounted and an arm section 32 which connects the abutting part 31 and the mounting sections and is adjustable according to parameters about the insertion of the intramedullary alignment rod (IM) at the mounting position and mounting angle on the mounting sections 33 and 34 decided preoperatively.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】患者の個人差を適正に反映して、髄内アライメントロッドを用いる遠位骨切り面の位置及び角度を正確に決定した上で、術中に上記髄内アライメントロッドに装着する専用の治具を用いて大腿骨膝関節の参照点から決定した内容を再現する。【解決手段】大腿骨の膝関節の参照点に当接する当接部31と、大腿骨の髄内に挿入する髄内アライメントロッド(IM)を装着する装着部33,34と、当接部31と装着部とを接続し、装着部33,34の取付け位置及び取付け角度を術前に決定した髄内アライメントロッド(IM)の刺入に関するパラメータに従って調整可能なアーム部32とを備える。【選択図】図10
