In addition, the chrysanthemum extract or 3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid increases the activity of SIRT1 and PGC-la, which are the main biomarkers involved in exercise performance, thereby excellently enhancing exercise performance. In addition, the present invention is a natural substance and may be safely used without a side effect, 15 and therefore may be used as a medication, food or a cosmetic.
