The present invention relates to a system for promoting air purification by passage of a UV irradiating vehicle and a water cleaning vehicle on a photocatalytic paved road, and a method thereof, wherein a UV lamp device is installed in a vehicle passing through the photocatalytic paved road exhibiting photocatalysis capable of oxidizing and removing fine dust inducing materials by light irradiation to irradiate UV on the surface of the photocatalytic paved road while the vehicle commonly drives on the photocatalytic paved road, thereby promoting and activating the fine dust reduction and air purification effects by the photocatalysis in the photocatalytic paved road. In addition, the water cleaning vehicle drives on the photocatalytic paved road to spray water and clean the surface of the road, thereby enhancing the promotion of the fine dust reduction and air purification effects by the photocatalysis in the photocatalytic paved road.본 발명은 빛 조사(照射)에 의하여 미세먼지 유발물질을 산화시켜 제거할 수 있는 광촉매작용을 발휘하게 되는 광촉매작용 포장도로를 통행하는 차량에 UV 램프 장치를 설치하여, 차량이 광촉매작용 포장도로를 일상적으로 주행하는 동안에 UV가 광촉매작용 포장도로의 표면에 조사되게 함으로써, 광촉매작용 포장도로에서의 광촉매작용에 의한 미세먼지 저감과 대기 정화 효과를 더욱 촉진시키고 활성화시킬 수 있게 되며, 더 나아가 물청소 차량을 광촉매작용 포장도로에 주행시키면서 물을 분무하여 도로 표면을 청소함으로써, 광촉매작용 포장도로에서의 광촉매작용에 의한 미세먼지 저감과 대기 정화 효과의 촉진 작용을 더욱 강화시킬 수 있게 하는 "광촉매작용 포장도로에서의 UV조사 차량 통행 및 물청소 차량 통행에 의한 대기정화 촉진 시스템 및 대기정화 촉진 방법"에 관한 것이다.
