The present invention relates to a dental implant, comprising a fixture for forming an artificial teeth root by being inserted and combined into an alveolar bone； an abutment whose bottom end is combined to the fixture and whose top end is combined to a crown by having a combination hole whose at least one side is opened； and a combination means for combining the crown and the abutment. The combination means comprises a first combination hole penetrated into a side of the crown； a second combination hole formed at the abutment； and an elastic connector comprised to be combined to the second combination hole elastically by being inserted into the second combination hole which is formed on the abutment through the first combination hole formed on the crown. The elastic connector forms at least one bonding part on the external side thereof to be combined with the second combination hole of the abutment when the elastic connector penetrates through the first combination hole of the crown and inserted into the second combination hole of the abutment. Implant treatment for combining the crown to the abutment can be performed easily in a one-touch method. After the implant treatment, the abutment and the crown can maintain a stably-combined state, and the crown can be easily separated when it has to be separated.본 발명은 치과용 임플란트에 관한 것으로, 치조골에 삽입 결합되어 인공 치근을 형성하는 고정체(fixture)와, 하단부는 상기 고정체(fixture)와 결합되고, 상단부는 적어도 일측이 개방된 결합홀이 형성되어 보철물(crown)과 결합하는 지대주와, 상기 보철물과 지대주(abutment)를 결합시키는 결합수단을 포함하여 이루어진 치과용 임플란트에 있어서, 상기 결합수단은 상기 보철물의 일측에 관통 형성되는 제1 결합홀과 상기 지대주에 형성된 제2 결합홀, 상기 보철물에 형성되는 제1 결합홀을 통해 상기 지대주에 형성된 제2 결합홀의 내측으로 삽입되어 상기 제2 결합홀에 탄성적으로 결합되도록 구성된 탄성 체결구를 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 탄성 체결구는 그 외면에 적어도 하나의 체결부를 형성하여 상기 탄성 체결구가 보철물의 제1 결합홀을 관통하여 지대주의 제2 결합홀의 내부로 끼워지면 탄성 체결구가 지대주의 제2 결합홀에 탄성적으로 체결되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면 지대주에 보철물을 결합시키는 임플란트 시술을 쉽고 용이하게 원터치 방식으로 실시할 수 있으며, 시술 후에도 지대주와 보철물간에 안정된 결합상태를 보존하고, 보철물을 분리해야 하는 경우에도 보철물을 쉽게 분리시킬 수 있는 우수한 효과가 얻어진다.
