To provide a multi-parts (modular-type) percutaneous valve device that comprises a valve module having a valve leaflet and a valve frame.SOLUTION: A valve frame 20 comprises one or multiple, for example, 2-ring members 21, 22, and multiple masts 25, 28a, 28b. Also, a valve frame is provided for assisting the folding of a valve module and minimizing a delivery diameter by having an exclusive pivot point 70 in a connection part between the masts and the first and second ring members. Also, it is preferable that the valve frame may comprise wire guides 30, 31 for assisting to connect the valve module with a support module.
