A grip configured to be attached to a barrel of a syringe having a flange, the grip including: a base portion including a finger rest portion configured to protrude outside of the flange, and a flange mounting portion configured to be mounted to the flange and a cylindrical body portion that protrudes distally from the base portion and extends in a circumferential direction so as to be configured to fit to an outer circumferential surface of the barrel, wherein a mounting slit that traverses longitudinally through a wall portion of the base portion and a wall portion of the cylindrical body portion in an axial direction is formed over an entire length of the grip.
