A repair device for affixing a migrating stent graft to the interior surfaceof a vessel wall. The repair device includes tubular graft with a bare oruncovered stent affixed to the proximal end. The bare stent includes aplurality of distally pointed barbs for securing the repair device to a vesselwall. A second stent is positioned in the passage of the tubular graft toexpand the graft against the interior surface of the migrating stent graft.Proximally pointing barbs are affixed to the struts of the second stent andextend through the graft material for securing the repair device to themigrating stent graft. Biological glue and other sealing material can beapplied to the tubular graft and/or stents for sealing the repair deviceagainstthe vessel wall and/or the interior of the migrating stent graft.
