PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid aromatic in which a solubilization state is retained in a wide temperature range.SOLUTION: Provided is a liquid aromatic comprising: a compound (A) represented by formula (1) a hydroxyethyl alkylamide derivative (B) an anionic surfactant (C) a non-water soluble oil (D) and water. In the liquid aromatic, the non-water soluble oil (D) includes a polymer flavor (D1) having an aromatic ring structure, and, in which the average particle diameter by a dynamic light scattering method (DLS) at 25°C satisfies specified conditions.
