A urinal for women is disclosed. The body capable of providing a volume-changeable space comprises a bottom end having a urine outlet and a front end having a front baffle. By means of a suitable measure, a top end of the first vertical plate can be formed with a smooth first contact edge and a top end of the second vertical plate can be formed with a smooth second contact edge. Therefore, different female users urination needs can be effectively solved because spaces with different volumes can be correspondingly formed when the first and second contact edges are upwards propped up periurethral regions of the female users.
