PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent assembly capable of reliably visually confirming a locked state of a tube stent with respect to a stent delivery device during endoscopic treatment, using an endoscope camera.SOLUTION: A stent assembly 1 includes: a stent delivery device 2； and a tube stent 5 held on the distal end side of an inner sheath 10. The stent delivery device includes the inner sheath, and an outer sheath 20 through which the inner sheath is slidably inserted. At the distal end side of the inner sheath, a locking member is provided that can be displaced inward and outward in the radial direction, and integrally locks the tube stent to the inner sheath in the axial direction and the rotation direction about the axis, when it protrudes outward in the radial direction of the inner sheath.
