PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sphygmomanometer capable of controlling an exhaust speed in accordance with the volume of the gas in a cuff without complicating the mechanical configuration of an exhaust valve when the maximum pressure is applied.SOLUTION: A sphygmomanometer (10) includes a cuff (50), a pressurizing part (23) for causing the gas to flow into the cuff to apply pressure, a slow leak valve (29) for gradually depressurizing the cuff pressurized by the pressurizing part, a blood pressure measurement unit (43) for measurement of blood pressure when the cuff is depressurized by the slow leak valve, an electromagnetic valve (27) for forcing the gas in the cuff to be exhausted, and a controller (42) for causing the electromagnetic valve to be operated as an auxiliary slow leak valve for depressurizing the cuff gradually with the slow leak valve when the cuff is depressurized by the slow leak valve in accordance with the volume of the gas in the cuff pressurized by the pressurizing part.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】排気弁の機械的な構成を複雑化することなく、最大加圧時におけるカフ内の気体の量に応じて排気速度を適切に制御可能な血圧計を提供する。【解決手段】血圧計(10)は、カフ(50)と、カフに気体を流入させて加圧する加圧部(23)と、加圧部により加圧されたカフを徐々に減圧するスローリーク弁(29)と、スローリーク弁によるカフの減圧時に血圧測定を行う血圧測定部(43)と、カフ内の気体を強制排気するための電磁弁(27)と、加圧部により加圧されたカフ内の気体の量に応じて、スローリーク弁によるカフの減圧時に、スローリーク弁とともにカフを徐々に減圧させる補助スローリーク弁として電磁弁を機能させる制御部(42)とを有する。【選択図】図2
