It is an object of this invention to provide an improver for skin laxity or aging caused by dermis voiding. By means of attracting adipose-derived stem cells to dermal voids, dermal fibroblasts around the voids can be activated to improve the dermis voids. Therefore, substances that attract the adipose-derived stem cells are screened, it is found that a rosemary extract and a licorice extract have abilities of attracting the adipose-derived stem cells, thereby improving skin laxity or aging caused the dermis voiding.本發明之目的在於提供一種由於真皮空洞化所導致的皮膚鬆弛或老化之改善劑。藉由將脂肪幹細胞引誘至真皮空洞，可使其周圍之真皮纖維母細胞活性化，藉此改善真皮空洞。因此，對引誘脂肪幹細胞之物質進行篩選，結果發現迷迭香萃取物及甘草萃取物具有脂肪幹細胞引誘能力，因此可改善由於真皮空洞化所導致的皮膚鬆弛或老化。
