PURPOSE: A multi-functional mat using a reinforced PLA non-woven fabric is provided to improve tensile strength for allowing seeds to easily germinate and take roots. CONSTITUTION: A multi-functional mat using a reinforced PLA non-woven fabric comprises the following: a PLA mat(10) formed with a bio-degradable material for germinating seeds on the upper or lower side thereof； a reinforcing material(20) connected to the horizontal surface of the PLA mat, and formed into a strap shape for passing through the PLA mat and increasing the tensile strength of the PLA mat； through-holes(11) punched in the PLA mat； and vegetation paper closely attached to the upper or lower side of the PLA mat for fixing the seeds, and connected to the PLA mat using the reinforcing material.
