PURPOSE: A producing method of germinated brown rice powder containing yellow soil, silver, and charcoal is provided to prevent the acidification of brown rice during producing processes. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of germinated brown rice powder containing yellow soil, silver, and charcoal comprises the following steps: polishing brown rice for removing the outer skin； dipping the brown rice in yellow soil water for firstly germinating for 3-10 hours； secondly germinating the brown rice at 10-40 deg C for 2-4 days； drying the germinated brown rice； crushing the dried brown rice while injecting inert gas for preventing the acidification of the brown rice； and packaging the germinated brown rice powder.
