PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply an appropriate amount of water to a bristle part of a toothbrush, appropriately remove water, food particles, and the like from the oral cavity, and simplify a device configuration.SOLUTION: A disclosed device 1 is a toothbrush device including: a toothbrush body 2 to which a supply channel 22 and a discharge passage 32 are connected, the toothbrush body having a grip part, a neck part, a head part and a bristle part, the supply channel for supplying water to the toothbrush body on the basis of exhaust operation by a pump 12 manually supplying and exhausting air, and the discharge passage for discharging water from the toothbrush body on the basis of air intake operation by the pump an airtight water tank 18 communicated to the supply channel and the exhaust mechanism of the pump and an airtight drain tank 20 communicated to the discharge passage and the air intake mechanism of the pump.
