It is the method of forming surgical opening making use of the sutra urethra bladder structure facilities instrument and the same instrument on the pubis. The long tube itself where this instrument includes the proximal part and the distal (2036) part which incline vis-a-vis each other is included. As for the distal (2036) part, passing to the urethra alongside the axis, in order to be accepted, it has extended to the end which was made. The long arm has had the 2nd end which offers the 1st end which is installed operational in the proximal part of tube itself and the indicator which establishes the axis of the distal (2036) part and the axis which is lined up to the same axis.
