PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical instrument for fixing a suture to a bone, that is useful in a minimally-invasive arthroscopic surgical procedure.SOLUTION: The medical instrument includes: a hook 30 formed with a flexure for being hooked to a first hole in the bone； and a handle 20 formed with a passage for being disposed at an entrance to a second hole in the bone and for delivering the suture that has been passed through the second hole. One of a part of the handle and the hook is movable so as to head for the other or be spaced from the other, and, in response to an elastic connection, is promoted to head for the other. The hook, along with the part of the handle, reacts with the elastic connection and is operable to clamp the bone by elastic force.【課題】最小侵襲性の関節鏡下外科手技で有用である縫合糸を骨に取り付けるための医療器具を提供する。【解決手段】医療器具は、骨内の第１穴に引っかけるための曲げが形成されたフック３０と、骨内の第２穴への入口に配置するための、および第２穴を通した縫合糸の送達のための通路が形成されたハンドル２０とを備え、ハンドルの一部およびフックのうちの一方は、他方に向かっておよび他方から離れるように移動可能であり、かつ弾性結合に反応して他方に向かって促され、フックは、ハンドルの一部と共に、弾性結合に反応して弾性力で骨を圧締するように操作可能である。【選択図】図２－３
