The present invention relates to a bed sterilization system which can sterilize a bed in a convenient and hygienic manner by performing a first steam sterilization on a mattress and a second UV sterilization while moving in the length direction of the mattress. Specifically, the bed sterilization system comprises: a pair of vertical bodies which include a first water storage space having a heater installed therein, and have electric wheels disposed on a bottom surface thereof； a steam body which includes a second water storage space communicating with the first water storage space, is installed on the front side of an upper portion of the pair of vertical bodies, has a water inlet formed on a top surface thereof, and has one or more spray nozzles disposed on a lower surface thereof； and a UV body which is installed on the rear side of the upper portion of the pair of vertical bodies, and has one or more UV lamps disposed on a lower surface thereof.본 발명은, 내부에 히터가 설치되는 제1 물 수용 공간을 가지며, 하면에 전동식 바퀴가 구비되는 한 쌍의 수직 바디； 내부에 상기 제1 물 수용 공간과 연통되는 제2 물 수용 공간을 가지고, 상기 한 쌍의 수직 바디의 상단 중 전방 측에 설치되며, 상면에 물 주입구가 형성되고, 하면에 적어도 1개 이상의 분사 노즐이 구비되는 스팀 바디； 및 상기 한 쌍의 수직 바디의 상단 중 후방 측에 설치되고, 하면에 적어도 1개 이상의 UV 램프가 구비되는 UV 바디를 포함하여, 매트리스의 길이 방향을 따라 이동하면서 매트리스를 1차적으로 스팀 살균하고 2차적으로 UV 살균함으로써, 간편하고 위생적으로 침대를 살균할 수 있는 침대 살균 시스템을 제공한다.
