The present invention relates to a composition for reducing malodorous gas. The composition comprises: a culture medium of a Saccharomyces cerevisiae YJ-1 strain, a novel microorganism which consists of a nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, is deposited with an accession number of KACC 93267P, and reduces materials generating malodorous gas and an ethanol extract of a pine cone. According to the present invention, the composition for reducing malodorous gas, comprising the culture medium obtained by isolating and identifying the novel strain which reduces the materials generating the malodorous gas and then culturing the strain, and the ethanol extract of a pine cone as active ingredients is provided. Accordingly, manure of livestock or food waste can be processed in an easy and immediate manner at the site they are generated in, and consequently, the materials causing the malodor are reduced. In addition, processed products thereof can be formed into resources and used for agriculture.본 발명은 악취가스 감소용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 악취가스 감소용 조성물은 서열번호 1의 염기서열로 구성되며 기탁번호(KACC 93267P)로 기탁된, 악취가스 유발물질을 감소하는 신규미생물인 사카로마이세스 세레비시에(Saccharomyce cerevisiae) YJ-1균주의 배양액과 잣송이 에탄올추출물로 구성되는 것이 특징이다.본 발명에 의해, 악취를 유발하는 물질을 감소해주는 신규균주를 분리 동정하고 이 균주를 배양하여 얻은 배양액과 잣송이 에탄올 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유한 악취가스 감소용 조성물이 제공됨으로써 축산분뇨 또는 음식물쓰레기의 발생 현장에서 용이하게 바로 처리가 가능하여 악취의 근본적인 원인물질을 감소하고 그 처리물을 자원화하여 농업에 사용할 수 있게 된다.
