PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay unit which, when conveying pills extracted from a pill sheet to a single-dose packing device in order to pack in a single dose, reduces the congestion or hang-up of the pills in a conveying path, and prevents damages such as the cracking and chipping of the pills.SOLUTION: Pills 3902 extracted from a pill sheet are conveyed to a single-dose packing device through a conveying path in a relay unit. A bottom face of the conveying path is formed in a convex shape so that tangent planes 4001 are prevented from being formed between the pills 3902 and pill conveying path side walls 3901.
