The invention relates to an ex vivo method for expanding human natural killer cells (NK cells) from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) obtained from healthy human individuals. The number of NK cells can be at least 500 times more than the number of NK cells prior to the expansion using the ex vivo method, and also maintains the cytotoxicity of the NK cells.本發明係提供一種人類自然殺手細胞之體外增殖方法,其係自健康人類個體的周邊血液單核細胞(PBMCs)中培養自然殺手細胞,並且使自然殺手細胞經本發明方法增殖過後,可達到至少高於增殖前五百倍的細胞數目,而且還能保持自然殺手細胞之毒殺活性,為人類自然殺手細胞在用於製備腫瘤疫苗等醫療藥物組合時提供一種切實可行的方法。
