An elevatable platform system for mounting on a vehicle having an elevatableplatformelevatable by a collapsible support structure. The support structure isadapted to move theelevatable platform between a lowered position in which the elevatableplatform is positioned ata height proximate to or below the height of the vehicle and an elevatedposition in which theelevatable platform is elevated above the vehicle. Support legs integratedinto the supportstructure can be deployed from the support structure when the elevatableplatform is elevated tofurther stabilize the elevated platform.
