An unlocking device includes: a card key 17； a plurality of magnet attachment parts 36 formed in the card key 17； a fixed side magnet 37 fixed to at least one of the magnet attachment parts 36； a plurality of magnet attachment parts 27 formed in the movable body 15 correspondingly to the plurality of magnet attachment parts 36； and a movable side magnet 40 provided in the magnet attachment part 27 of the movable body 15.
